Did not hold up son wore for 2 baseball games and the strap came unsewn and fell off but did order two sizes and the other one has held up so maybe just a bad one.

This thing is fantastic! I wore it for the first time for a softball game. The difference it makes with my elbow is insane! After playing two games I walked away with no pain in my elbow! It stays in place extremely well with the Velcro! The only thing it didn’t have is the correct way to wear it.

I experience episodes of tendinitis occasionally and have tried various supports and braces. This one is pretty effective. It is s compression sleeve that also has a Velcro strap to tighten it. I find that combination works very well. Like they played golf with it on this morning and it didn’t hinder me at all. I highly recommend that if you’re suffering from tendinitis or other elbow issues.
